1. What we collect
When you complete our enquiry form, we collect your name, business email, mobile number, company details, and your answers about your finance requirements.
2. Mobile number and SMS consent
Your mobile number is used solely to send a one-time verification code confirming you are the owner of the number, and to allow a matched lender to contact you about your enquiry. We do not share your mobile number with any third party for marketing purposes, and the consent you give to receive a verification code is not shared with any third party.
3. Who we share your details with
We share your enquiry details with FCA-authorised lenders on our panel so they can assess and respond to your finance request. We do not sell your data to data brokers.
4. How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry records for up to 12 months, after which they are automatically deleted.
5. Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@commercialfundingpanel.co.uk. No account or login is required to make this request.
