1. Who we are

Commercial Funding Panel (commercialfundingpanel.co.uk) is a lead-qualification and introduction service, trading as DemandVine, operated by as a German sole proprietor (Einzelunternehmer). We help business owners in the UK find commercial finance options by matching their enquiry with lenders on our panel.

2. What we are — and are not

Commercial Funding Panel is an introduction service, not a lender. We do not lend money, make credit decisions, or give regulated financial advice. We only work with FCA-authorised lenders — meaning every lender we introduce you to is directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in its own right.

Commercial Funding Panel does not itself currently hold FCA authorisation. Our eligibility questions are designed to keep enquiries within the categories of UK business finance that fall outside FCA-regulated credit-broking activity. If your business type and requested amount fall inside that regulated activity, our form will let you know you cannot be matched through this service right now, rather than proceeding.

3. Eligibility

This service is for UK-registered and UK-trading businesses only, seeking finance for business purposes. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business you represent. Some combinations of business structure and loan amount are outside what we can currently match — our form will tell you if that applies to you.

4. No obligation, no charge, no credit impact

Completing our form does not obligate you to accept any finance offer, and we never charge you a fee for using this service. Submitting your enquiry itself does not affect your credit score. If your enquiry proceeds to a lender for full assessment, that lender may carry out its own identity verification and eligibility checks as part of its normal process. Where this includes a credit search at that stage, it is typically a soft search that isn't visible to other lenders — any check that could affect your credit file, such as a hard search as part of a full application, will be identified to you separately by the lender before it happens.

5. How we're paid

We do not charge you for our service. Instead, we may receive a fee or commission from a lender on our panel if your enquiry leads to you taking out a finance product with them. This is paid by the lender, is never added to your repayments, and any commission arrangement will be disclosed to you again directly by the lender before you enter into any agreement.

6. SMS one-time verification codes

If you provide a mobile number through our enquiry form, we will send you a single automated text message containing a one-time verification code, used only to confirm that the number belongs to you before your enquiry is passed to a lender. This is a transactional message, not a marketing message.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies — you will typically receive one code per enquiry, and one further code if you request a resend. These messages are sent from a send-only number, so we do not receive replies — replying STOP or HELP will not reach us. 7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current information about yourself and your business. Submitting false or misleading information may result in your enquiry being rejected by a lender, and we reserve the right to decline to pass on an enquiry we reasonably believe to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

8. No liability for lender decisions

We introduce enquiries to lenders on our panel; we do not control, and are not responsible for, a lender's decision to offer, decline, or set the terms of any finance product. Any agreement you enter into is between you and the lender directly, governed by that lender's own terms.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how visitors move through our enquiry form, so we can identify and fix points where the process is unclear. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not record individual browsing sessions. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or our legal obligations. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use Commercial Funding Panel after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
